Yes, same-day van hire is available from Fairview’s Egham branch. Depending on your pick-up time, you may have to wait a short while in our reception area so we can ensure your van is spotless and ready to go. We do inspect and valet our vehicles in advance, but those final touches can make all the difference!

Fairview operates on a full-to-full refuelling policy. So, we ask that you return your van with the same level of fuel in the tank as it had when you collected it. This method is the most cost-effective option because the only fuel you pay for is the fuel you use (at local pump prices). 

To ensure the fuel level is correct upon your arrival, we recommend refuelling at a station close to our Egham branch. Fortunately, there are 8 petrol stations close to our location, which you can find on Google Maps.

Fairview Vehicle Hire allows customers to reschedule bookings without penalty. However, a complete cancellation will incur a charge 30% of the booking cost. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your collection day, we will require payment of the balance in full. This policy also applies to bookings cancelled within a week of your collection date during busy holiday periods (UK school holidays, bank holidays, Easter or Christmas).
