Founded by Nish Balakumar and Rishi Patel, Fairview Vehicle Hire was established with a clear mission to offer straightforward and transparent vehicle rental services to businesses. What began as a modest operation with just four vehicles has grown significantly into a fleet of over 2000, covering all types of cars, vans and minibuses. Today, our dedicated team of 20 colleagues serves more than 250 customers daily across our six branches, fully committed to providing the very best vehicles and service in the industry.
Nish and Rishi remain actively involved in the business every day, ensuring we continuously provide first-class customer service, unbeatable rates, and the finest cars on the market. Drawing on their decades of experience in logistics and fulfilment, alongside asset sales and

Adnan
Operations Manager
Adnan joined Fairview in 2022 and has more than 10 years’ experience in fleet operations and customer service. He looks after the day-to-day running of the business, supports the team and makes sure our customers receive a consistently high standard of service.
Away from work, Adnan enjoys cricket and keeping up with the latest technology and industry developments. He is a natural problem-solver who is always looking for practical ways to make the business run better.
Nistor
Branch Manager (Barking & London City Airport)
Nistor oversees our Barking and London City Airport branches. From managing daily bookings to helping customers find the right vehicle, he works hard to make every rental straightforward and stress-free.
Away from work, Nistor enjoys skiing, snowboarding and hiking. He also spends time at the gym and follows investing and personal finance. He enjoys the pace of the rental industry and the satisfaction of turning a problem into a positive experience for a customer.
Paula
Branch Manager (London Heathrow Airport)
Paula manages our Heathrow Airport branch and welcomes customers arriving from all over the world. She helps make the journey from arrival to vehicle collection simple, friendly and stress-free. Her calm approach and attention to detail ensure each customer starts their trip on the right note.
Away from work, Paula enjoys reading, travelling and discovering new places and cultures. She loves working with cars, being part of a close-knit team and meeting new people every day.
Vijay
Customer Service Manager
Vijay, known to many of our customers as VJ, brings extensive customer service experience to Fairview. He responds to enquiries, helps customers choose the right vehicle and makes sure they feel looked after from their first question to the end of their rental.
Away from work, VJ enjoys spending time with his children, travelling around the UK and keeping up with the latest technology. He is also a keen Formula 1 fan. He often shares local tips and recommendations with customers to help them get more from their journey.
Gabi
Branch Manager (Battersea & Vauxhall)
Gabi looks after our Battersea and Vauxhall branches, two of our busiest locations in London. He keeps the day-to-day operation on track and makes sure customers receive a warm welcome and a straightforward rental experience.
Away from work, Gabi enjoys football, travelling and spending time with his family. He is also partial to a poker night with friends. His favourite part of the job is meeting people from around the world and seeing customers return because they remember the service they received.
Iurie
Reservations Manager
Iurie manages incoming reservations for both business and personal customers. His experience in vehicle rental helps him understand what customers need at every stage of a booking. He makes sure each reservation is handled clearly, efficiently and with care.
Away from work, Iurie enjoys skiing, snowboarding and hiking. He is also interested in fitness and investing. He likes the variety of a busy working day and takes real pride in making the rental process easy for our customers.
Kabilan
Reservation Administrator (Bray & Windsor)
Kabilan supports reservations for our Bray and Windsor branches. He keeps customers informed throughout the hire process and makes sure every booking is prepared and completed to a high standard.
Away from work, Kabilan enjoys travelling, going for drives and watching motorsport. He values being part of a supportive team and enjoys finding practical solutions that make life easier for customers.
