      Two-day car hire with Fairview starts at £18.35 per day for a city car, so a 48-hour booking begins around £36.70 before extras. Vans start at £61 a day and minibuses at £120. Excess cover, additional drivers and child seats are priced separately and shown before you confirm.

    • How far in advance should I book?

      Two to three weeks ahead is sensible for a weekend, as Friday and Saturday collections are the busiest of the week. Midweek two-day hires are usually available at shorter notice. Bank holidays and school holidays fill earliest, so book those as soon as your dates are fixed. We can usually accommodate last-minute bookings; however, this is subject to availability.

    • What happens if I need to keep the car for a third day?

      If your circumstances change and you need to keep the car for longer, call your collection branch before the return time and the hire can usually be extended, subject to availability. Our team will confirm the revised cost and update the agreement. Returning late without an extension may be charged at a higher rate.
