We currently provide two fully electric cars: the Hyundai Kona EV and the Kia Niro. Both vehicles feature a professional look ideal for meetings and events. Additionally, they offer ample storage space, making them perfect for both long-distance journeys and city trips.

How do I book and return an electric vehicle for hire?
To book an electric vehicle:
Choose the electric vehicle you wish to hire.
Complete the online booking form with the required details.
Alternatively, you can contact us directly via phone or email to arrange your booking.For returning an electric vehicle:
Return the vehicle to the designated location at the end of your hire period.
Ensure the vehicle is in the same condition as it was when you picked it up.
Leave the vehicle with the original amount provided upon hiring.
Complete any necessary return paperwork and hand over the keys. -
How do I charge an electric vehicle during the hire period?
You can charge the electric vehicle at any EV pump. For example, your workplace or local service station. Simply plug the cord into the port and allow it to charge for several hours. We recommend downloading a specialised app if you cannot find a local charging station.

Can I hire an electric vehicle for a long-distance trip?
Yes, our electric vehicles are suitable for long-distance trips. The Kia Niro EV has a range of 285 miles with a 72 kW charging speed. Whereas, the Hyundai Kona Electric can travel up to 319 miles with a 65.4 kWh battery.

What are the age requirements for hiring an electric vehicle?
To hire an electric vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old. However, all our drivers must be between 23 and 69 years of age and possess a valid driving licence for a minimum of two years. Young drivers will incur an additional surcharge to ensure the safety of the vehicle and its passengers.

Is insurance different for electric vehicle hire compared to conventional vehicles?
No, while insurance is typically more expensive for electric vehicles, it doesn’t have a big impact on the hirer. Basic insurance is included with your electric vehicle hire, which will cover third-party liability.
