How many passengers can a crew van accommodate?
Our crew vans can typically accommodate up to six passengers, including the driver. They are designed to transport both crew members and cargo efficiently.

How do I book and return a crew van for hire?
To book a crew van:
Choose the crew van that meets your requirements and specify the hire period.
Complete the booking form and submit.
You can also contact us directly via phone or email.To return the crew van:
Return the crew van to the agreed location at the end of your hire period.
Make sure the van is clean, in good condition and the fuel level is as provided.
Hand over the keys and finalise any necessary paperwork. -
Can I use a crew van for both passengers and cargo?
Yes, crew vans are designed to carry both passengers and cargo. They have seating for up to six passengers and additional space for tools, equipment or other cargo in the rear section.

What are the age restrictions for hiring a crew van?
You must be a minimum of 23 or a maximum of 69 to hire one of our crew vans. Please note, young drivers are subject to a surplus charge to ensure the safety of the vehicle and passengers.

Is there an option to add an additional driver?
Yes, you can add an additional driver to the crew van hire agreement. All drivers must meet the same age and licensing requirements as the primary driver and provide the necessary documentation.

What are the insurance options available for crew van hire?
Basic insurance is included with the crew van hire, covering third-party liability. However, you may require additional insurance for covering excess fees and theft of goods.
